THE CHALLENGE
The client designed a custom wooden block game 18 years ago, when her grandson was one year old. She lovingly crafted and hand-painted wooden blocks to create a sudoku-inspired puzzle, and has always wanted to have a small custom box in which to store them.
THE SOLUTION
Using 3D digital modeling, design skills, and 3D printing, her design was realized as a physical object. We created a digital model based off a sketch she provided, and printed a small drawer for her to store the blocks. Her grandson is now 19 years old, and finally has a custom printed drawer to store his block game handmade with love by Grandma.
