THE CHALLENGE
An artist had created a clay sculpture that was to be sent off for bronze casting. However, they wished to first obtain a digital preservation their work in its original clay form.

THE SOLUTION
A accurate 3D digital asset of the sculpture was created using a structured light scanner. The interactive view cube below allows one to pan, zoom, and rotate around the model for inspection.
A replica of the original was 3D printed using white PLA filament.
